Thank you, Sabrina. The living situation is their long term plan. Disqualifying them will not affect placement. I do not believe that they qualify after review the situation closer.

Our student lives with mom and dad, who live with mom’s parents. Which makes them doubled up; however mom and dad have lived with mom’s parents for many years. Mom’s parents actually built onto their house so that mom and dad could live with them. It’s a permanent situation. Would the student still be considered McKinney Vento?
