As you stress about coming back to school, just remember, there is a child who hasn’t been in an encouraging atmosphere since they left your class, bus, lunchroom, library, et., before Christmas Break. They can’t wait to see YOU!

Our Winter Break has come to an end. I personally enjoyed spending time with my family and sleeping in. For self-care, I took myself to brunch one day, had a mani/pedi, and watched quite a few holiday movies. How did you spend your time off?
