How are they found not homeless if doubled up in your district? Is the cyber school contesting the M-V determination, or is it the previous district?

Has anyone worked with the Address Confidentiality Program? We have a family who is in our district after fleeing domestic violence in another district. I think they should be eligible for services because they had a causal event, but the representative from the ACP is pushing back.
