Immunizations

We have hit a roadblock with a family. The student requires updated immunizations. Does anyone have a list of clinics on Long Island so that we may assist the family with obtaining these?

Hey Christina, I’m over in Michigan and am one of the community managers for this portal. I know I’m a bit far away but I wanted to respond. Have you been able to contact the New York Deparment of Health? They should be able to link you with a local clinic to provide the immunizations at no cost. There’s a phone number in this site: https://www.health.ny.gov/prevention/immunization/
