@oliviahawley great question. Once a student is identified that status remains with them for one entire school year (including summer school). Eligibility is redeterminded every year. So if the family is in stable housing next year, they would not necessarily qualify. At that point it would be up to the parents to transport (unless the SOO has other opportunities for families). I hope this makes sense. If not do not hesitate to ask for clarification.
