Yes! That is happening to me as well. And sadly in our community we don’t have any shelters. With the ARP money I was able to provide emergency shelter placing families in hotels but that money is gone. I miss it! We do not have enough homeless families to apply for the grant.

To clarify, I do know how to serve the families I just always wish I could do more! Having the ARP funding was amazing and I miss it!

I would like to link up with districts who do not receive the grant to discuss how to serve families with very little funding. We are already free lunch, our schools are consolidated so transportation is rarely an issue. We don’t even have homeless shelters here…
