There is a lot that goes into fulfilling the role of homeless liaison. We often forget to care for ourselves. I like to say self-care is not a bubble bath. Well, it could be if that is what brings you joy, but I like to look at self care also as advocating for the necessary time and resources to meet our students’ needs. Data helps us leverage our story. What data do you collect that shows your district all that goes into this role?
