McKinney-Vento Question: Shelter Access for UHY

Hi All,

I am wondering if any communities are having success with students who are unaccompanied being able to access youth shelters without parent signatures?

We had the “right to shelter” MOU during COVID 19, however, students are reporting that they cannot access them anymore.
