@wiechmsa, I agree with you. Overcrowding can be considered when determining if a living space is adequate. The question then becomes what determines whether a space is overcrowded. I’ve often heard the term one person per room, not bedroom, but room. Anyone else have a way to determine overcrowded?

Oh, there are so many. I think the first thing I would look at is how students are identified. How do most of your students get identified? Is there an opportunity to improve that system? I had an interesting question brought to me the other day. Is a student eligible for McKinney-Vento if they experienced a fire and the family is staying in a hotel paid for by the insurance company? What are your thoughts?
