Hello @CarmenD. When you go to mckinney-vento.org, the link to the Training Portal is on the top right of the page. This will take you to a log in page. If you have forgotten your password, there is a Forgot Password prompt. If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing your training, send an email to support@mckinney-vento.org. As far as support with your new role, tell me more. It sounds like you have other responsibilities and managing the responsibilities of this role on top of others is challenging.
