“Ultimately the law does not say they can sign their own. . .what it says is the SEAs and LEAs must remove barriers and develop policies and procedures around situation where UHY might need a signature. Liaisons need to work with their administration to review policies and practices to ensure they are not creating barriers and find ways to assist UHY within their systems.”
